Commendations are welcome but what you really want to know is “what do we get right?” If our Charity had to use one word it would be communication, but we will expand. When we started to discuss with you our requirements, Inter-Send spent as much time as needed to reassure us the relationship would work with information and quotations on many fictional orders we sent to you. The collection of our stock was made difficult for your company, but we felt that however long it would take, you would achieve this, and you successfully did. We can now commend you for the service provided in dealing with the dispatching of our orders, which we feel is far superior to our previous contractor. Your despatch department are extremely helpful and engaging. When any of the Charity members have contact with your company the overall feeling is of a “can do” attitude, which we find refreshing. Well done to the whole team.

Not much turning space for an HGV (Road Train) to exit (One Way), but I gave it a go. I don't know how it would have turned out with a tractor and trailer, maybe just as well...
