Hato Press Appoints InterSend to Fulfil its Stunning Range of Stationery

Hato Press is an independent printing and publishing house based in London. Established in 2009, Hato is thought of as an autonomous experimental space to encourage collaborators to develop ideas and facilitate both the production and distribution of new content. The Hato stationery is simply stunning printed matter. Inspired by the idea of play, each item has been carefully curated to bring an element of fun and a new way of thinking.

Following a referral from another client within the InterGo Group, we quickly commenced discussions to understand the needs of Hato Press and the service required to undertake their eCommerce fulfilment of their beautiful range of stationery items.

It quickly became evident that the needs of Hato were different. The breadth of their stationery range was significant and so too was the shape and size of each individual piece. This meant we had to be creative and operationally attentive to the very bespoke needs to ensure Hato customers received their goods in perfect and pristine condition.

Here at InterSend, we love a challenge as much as we love to share ideas and solutions with our clients. With direct input from our Account Management team, we presented a range of different and potential packaging solutions – all very different in terms of materials, concepts and pricing. Through collaboration with our client, we established the appropriate solutions for each different product type – including stunning prints, books, pads and pencils to name but a few.
