With extensive experience in the distribution of printed media, InterSend proved an obvious choice for a leading UK high street travel agency chain to appoint to handle their new portfolio of city guides both direct to stores, as well as directly to consumers.
Connecting the travel agent to the consumer through the delivery of travel and tourism information covering over 15 cities worldwide, was the primary objective – and to do so cost-effectively and on time. InterSend was able to undertake both with ease, using our efficient parcel distribution network, as well as our direct mail service.
With industry compliant branded carrier sheets, we utilised our onsite poly-wrapping equipment to ensure the guides were mailed directly to customers who had pre-ordered, along with selected pieces of marketing flyers inserted into the guides.
Supplies to each travel agency high street store were allocated centrally by head office to ensure pack sizes were optimised to meet demand across each grade of store. Copies were then picked and packed accordingly, for distribution to stores via our parcel distribution service.
