InterGo appoint Non Executive Director

Appointment of Non Executive Director

Brand marketing and distribution group InterGo Holdings Ltd, today announces the appointment of Andrea Davies to the role of Non Executive Director, with effect from 3rd January 2023.

Andrea will Chair the Board of magazine marketing and distribution specialist, InterMedia Brand Marketing Ltd, and will also join the Board of the Group’s eCommerce fulfilment and logistics business, InterSend Ltd.

Commenting on the appointment, Group Managing Director John Bardsley says ‘I am delighted to welcome Andrea to the InterGo Group. Having previously held Board level positions at Time Inc, TI Media and Future PLC, Andrea is extremely well placed to support the growth and strategic direction of the company and I very much look forward to working with her.’

Andrea says, ‘I am delighted to be joining the Board’s of InterMedia Brand Marketing Ltd and InterSend Ltd at an exciting time for the InterGo Group as they expand their services to meet the changing needs of their publishing clients, as well as attract new clients with their integrated eCommerce fulfilment services. I look forward to working with the Board in supporting their strategic development and realising their ambitious growth plans.’
